Miss Central Indiana’s

Outstanding Teen

Miss Central Indiana

Eligibility

  1. Young women residing or attend school full time in the state of IN

  2. Be a minimum of 13 years old on August 1st, 2018

  3. May not have graduated high school before 2018 (excluding 16 year olds who have graduated early)

  4. May not turn eighteen years old on or before July 31st, 2018


Competition Areas

Talent - 90 seconds - 35%

Interview - 6 minutes - 25%

Evening Wear (w/ onstage question) in attire of contestant’s choice - 25%

Active Wear (tank and shorts/on stage) -15%


Platform

This area of competition requires each contestant to choose an issue about which she cares deeply for and is of relevance to our country. 


Entry Fee

There is an entry fee of $100.  These funds are raised for scholarships and expenses to send our winner to the state competition.  This can be raised by scholarship or donation of the family and loved ones who choose to support you.

Miss America Local Preliminary Pageants

A 501c3 Organization


Eligibility

  1. Young women between 17 and 24 years old

  2. Live, work, or attend school in the state of IN

  3. Be a citizen of the USA

  4. Meet character criteria and all other eligibility requirements as set forth by the Miss America Organization

  5. Be in reasonably good health to meet the job requirements

  6. Be able to meet the time commitment and job responsibilities


Competition Areas

Talent - 90 seconds - 30%

Interview -10 minutes - 25%

Evening Wear - 15%

Physical Fitness (in swimwear) - 10%

Onstage Question - 20%

This area of competition requires each contestant to choose an issue about which she cares deeply for and is of relevance to our country. 


Entry Fee

Service, one of the four points of the crown, has always been important to contestants striving for the opportunity to be Miss America.  To build on this, contestants competing at any level in the Miss America system are required to raise a minimum of $100 to support the Children’s Miracle Network Find.  This is NOT an entry fee, but rather a new service requirement, by the Miss America Organization, Inc. to participate in a Miss America sponsored pageant.  his can be raised by scholarship or donation of the family and loved ones who choose to support you.  Please set up your CMN account online (REGISTER UNDER THE 2016 Pageant Year) using the instructions in your registration packet.
